• I-83 southbound exit ramp to Elmwood Boulevard removed​

• New I-83 northbound on-ramp near Industrial Highway

• N.Hills Road widened to two lanes north and two lanes south with a concrete mountable median​ to separate traffic

• I-83 proposed 6-lane roadway
